Our pre-order stores are for anyone who wants to fundraise without the stress, including charities, schools, businesses, and leavers’ gear. We take care of the tricky logistics and upfront costs, so you don’t have to deal with the headaches. You just focus on the fun part: raising funds.

So how does this work?

We build your online store with approved products and designs.

Promote
Share the store link with your school, club, community, or audience.

Sell
Customers order and pay online, choosing their size, colour, and personalisation options.
4)
Produce
Once the store closes, we decorate only what has been ordered.
5)
Deliver
Orders are shipped individually to customers or sent in bulk to a single address.
6)
Payout
You receive a full report and your profit payout once fulfilment is complete
What's the catch?

100-unit minimum across all products

Only order what’s sold, so you’ll never be stuck with leftover stock.
Free to set up when the total order meets our 100-unit minimum across all products (standard garment MOQs still apply).
You can offer a variety of items, including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, caps, and more, all in the same store.
Customers can choose individual shipping (nationwide and internationally) or bulk delivery to one address (free of charge).
We can add your logos, colours, and campaign info to the collection and product pages on request.
Add names, numbers, or initials to garments for a custom touch (especially popular on school leavers' gear).
After the store closes, you can top up the stock numbers with additional stock for ongoing sales.
Scheduled reports show live sales data so you can track progress.
Profits are calculated and paid out at the end of the store.
For fundraisers and charities, we can add a donation feature so supporters can contribute during checkout.
We provide mockups, campaign images, and promotional material to help you spread the word and boost sales.
Stores usually run for 2–4 weeks, with orders produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks of closing.
Orders can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand, Australia, or internationally.
